2. Eligibility and Account Maintenance
2.1. Users must be at least 18 years of age, or use the Store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. 2.2. The customer bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and password, as well as for all activities that occur under their account.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices displayed on the Jeko Digital storefront are calculated in Saudi Riyals (SAR). 3.2. We provide secure and diverse payment gateways, including Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, alongside buy-now-pay-later installment options via Tamara and Tabby. 3.3. The Store reserves the right to modify the prices of its products or services at any time without prior notice. 4. Shipping and Delivery

5. On-Site Viewing and Installation Services
5.1. Jeko Digital offers a "Smart Viewing Before Purchase" service to allow an on-site trial and field testing of smart locks within covered operational areas (such as the city of Jeddah). 5.2. Upon booking an appointment for an on-site viewing or installation, the customer must be present at the specified location at the agreed time. If the customer wishes to cancel or reschedule, they must notify customer service at least 24 hours in advance. 5.3. The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that their door or setup location matches the technical requirements specified on the product page before the installation team arrives.
6. Warranty, Returns, and Exchanges Policy
6.1. All smart devices and accessories are covered under standard electronic product warranties against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse, accidental damage, dropping, or tampering and attempting repair outside of the Store's authorized technicians. 6.2. Customers have the right to request an exchange or return in accordance with the periods specified in the Store's Return Policy, provided the product remains in its original condition, inside its sealed factory packaging, and has not been installed or used. 6.3. Digital products, services, or maintenance subscription packages that have already been activated or issued are non-refundable once service delivery or digital code transmission has commenced.

The Store reserves the right to audit all sales generated through the affiliate program and to suspend or terminate any account or commission if manipulation or violations of these terms are discovered.

However, the Store is not liable for any disruption in device operation resulting from issues with the customer's internet network, power outages at the facility, or any force majeure events beyond our technical control.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All content available on the website—including text, images, logos, videos (including our official TikTok content @jeko_digital), and designs—is the exclusive property of Jeko Digital and is protected by copyright and trademark laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
