Supply and installation of security and automation systems for projects and commercial facilities across Saudi Arabia.

1. Supply scope

• Smart locks for entrances, residential units and hotels.
• Control and integration: gates, voice control, sensors, curtain motors.
• Security and monitoring: cameras, video doorbells, smoke and leak sensors.
• Supply, installation, commissioning and handover per project scope.

2. Data required from the company

• Company name, commercial registration and contact person.
• Number of units, door type, project location and required timeline.

3. Process

• Request received and scope reviewed.
• A formal quotation issued within 24 working hours, valid for 14 days.
• Confirmation by purchase order or written approval.
• Supply and installation scheduled with a confirmed delivery date.

4. Commercial terms

• Minimum: ten units per line item, or an equivalent order value.
• The 10% trade discount applies automatically on orders of ten units or more.
• Quoted prices are fixed for the validity period.

5. Documentation

• A numbered formal quotation.
• A formal sales invoice issued to the company.
• Delivery note and warranty letter on request.

6. Payment terms

• 80% advance on purchase-order confirmation.
• 20% on delivery or completed installation.
• Government and semi-government entities: per their purchase order and terms.

7. Supply, installation and warranty

• Delivery within Saudi Arabia within the period stated in the quotation.
• Installation and commissioning by the Jeko team; priced by project scope when not included.
• Warranty: 12 months on devices from the delivery date.

8. Notes

• The symbolic 1 SAR opens the request and is deducted from the purchase order value.
• An electronic tax invoice is issued once tax registration is completed.
• Prices exclude electrical or civil works not stated in the quotation.
